Convenient location near hop-on/hop-off bus and food shops. Rooms were spacious with great amenities, including comfortable beds. Privilege rooms had a welcome pack and free refreshments, including a coffee machine and small fridge. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was excellent, close to all the major attractions and with easy access to the metro stations. I felt very safe in the area and got a real sense of Spanish culture. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The rooms were clean and modern, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. I also loved the great variety and deliciousness of the buffet breakfast.
