We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel by the sea. The staff here were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The Superior Double room we stayed in was absolutely enormous and had a stunning view of the sea. Sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset was such a delight. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and had plenty of facilities to enjoy. We particularly loved the pool areas and the delicious breakfast that had a wide variety of options to choose from. the level of comfort and quality service provided here exceeded our expectations.

The location of the hotel was great, close to a few beaches where we could relax and enjoy the sun. We also had easy access to nearby restaurants and shops. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view from the balcony. The staff provided excellent service, always helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food, and we particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked eggs. The hotel had a variety of facilities, including a pool area and sun terraces, which were well-maintained and provided a relaxing atmosphere.

The in house coffee shop which should have been open until 6 pm was regularly closed during our stay.

The hotel needs a lift upgrade. It can take a long time to get to your floor as there aren't enough lifts.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach and within walking distance to bars and restaurants. the food was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and the quality was top-notch. We also enjoyed the privilege upgrade, which gave us access to a private lounge with free drinks and snacks.

The bed in our room was quite hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. there were sometimes queues to be seated outside for meals, and it would have been nice to have more outdoor seating options available.
