The gourmet Katsudon at the Kaiseki restaurant Iribune was a revelation! The city views from my Superior Twin Room were absolutely breathtaking, and the staff's attentiveness made every moment feel special.

Part of the reason I chose this hotel was for the pool, which I found out is only for adults—a detail not clear on the site. Plus, the outrageous laundry costs had me hunting for a nearby coin laundry instead!

What a grand spot! The views from my room were simply stunning, and breakfast on the 17th floor was a feast for the eyes and palate—both Japanese and Western delights on offer, sure you can’t beat that! Just a pity the brekkie room was a bit cramped some mornings.

Really enjoyed my stay! The views from my room were top-notch, and the buffet breakfast had so many tasty options. The staff was super friendly. I felt really welcomed. Just a heads up, the gym charges a fee which seemed a bit much. Other than that, it was a great experience!

the doormen were super helpful with taxi requests and always treated me kindly. the room service food wasn't very tasty and was quite pricey compared to local options.

Had an awesome time with friends here! We enjoyed the buffet-style breakfast with a great view from the 17th floor. Perfect location with easy access to Kawaramachi's shopping. The shuttle from Kyoto Station was a big plus. We visited some incredible temples nearby, and the hotel staff was really helpful. Room was cozy, perfect for our needs!

We did face a little hassle at breakfast when the restaurant was full, so plan to get there early if you can!
