This hotel truly delivered on its promise of a comfortable and enjoyable stay. the location couldn't have been better. Situated right on Yokohama bay, it offered breathtaking views of the sea and the famous Gundam factory next door. The convenience of being near a Metro station made exploring the city a breeze. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, even accommodating requests for rooms with a view of the Gundam just outside the window. The rooms themselves were clean and well-maintained, with modern bathrooms that felt almost brand new. And to top it all off, having breakfast included in the rate was a great way to start the day.

All in all, there was nothing to complain about during my stay.

The staff were exceptional and pleasant, perfect location near the cruise ship terminal and park, good breakfast selection, spacious and comfortable twin room with bay view, excellent location near China town and subway.

The hotel is ideally located next to the Gundam factory, making it a great choice for bike riders wanting to explore this popular attraction. Additionally, it is conveniently close to Chinatown, allowing guests to easily experience the vibrant food and culture. The hotel also offers a stunning view of the sea, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel could benefit from some updates to its facilities, particularly the bathroom which seems to have been retrofitted after the hotel was built.

The hotel offered a hair dryer and a water boiler in the room, which was very convenient. The location was great, just a short walk from the station and close to many interesting places. We loved the fact that we could easily explore the park and nearby museums.

The breakfast was not great and there were no drink machines or ice available. Unfortunately, our request for a non-smoking room was not accommodated.
