I always choose this place since I've no regrets. Staff kindly helped me return forgotten stuff. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, Laundry, TV, and Lift. Coming back for Christmas.

I had a fantastic stay at Mimaru Tokyo Ueno Okachimachi. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the train lines. The room was well-equipped and kept clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making it convenient to prepare meals. The staff, from the maid service team to the mechanics, were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. They made us feel welcome and even greeted our son, which he absolutely loved.

The hotel we stayed at during Easter break was a great choice. the room was well-equipped with small items such as toothbrushes and tea which were available 24 hours a day. the convenient location was only a short walk from a train station, and the nearby convenience stores had everything we needed. Using the coin laundry/dryer on-site certainly made our travels with kids better.

Although the location and amenities were wonderful, there were a couple of downsides. Unfortunately, the beds were uncomfortably firm for our liking.
