The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable, perfect for a romantic escape. the location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

We were disappointed with a few aspects of our experience. the room had a strange odor, which made it difficult to fully relax.

I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn in West Palm Beach for a weekend getaway. The hotel, which is relatively new, was impeccably maintained. The staff, from the friendly front desk to the hardworking elevator cleaner, exceeded my expectations. The location couldn't have been better, with multiple shopping options in close proximity. And let's not forget about the pool - it was clean and inviting, making it the highlight of the trip for my kids. Kevin at check-in was absolutely amazing, providing exceptional service and assistance throughout our stay. a fantastic experience that I would highly recommend.

The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to shopping malls and restaurants. I felt safe as a solo female traveler. Additionally, the staff were helpful and pleasant during my stay.

There were a few negatives during my experience. the carpet in the room was damp and I didn't feel comfortable walking on it without shoes.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower water pressure was amazing. Perfect place to rest after a concert. Staff was helpful and friendly.

My Thanksgiving stay was a great experience. the bed was so cozy and comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. We loved lounging by the clean and inviting pool. the staff was very welcoming and always willing to help us. the local surroundings were so convenient with an abundance of shops, restaurants and local attractions. We especially enjoyed the easy access to public transportation, which made exploring the area stress-free.

Although the lady restocking the breakfast supplies was really nice, unfortunately, the breakfast itself left a lot to be desired. the selection was limited and below average.

During our Christmas stay, we were very pleased with the hotel's cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff. the rooms were well-maintained and the pool was a great place for the kids to relax and have fun. the hotel's location was convenient, with several shopping options nearby and plenty of restaurants to choose from. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
