The value for money at this hotel was fantastic, with a spacious and comfortable room that exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, connected to a mall with plenty of dining and shopping options, and the staff treated us like royalty from the moment we arrived.

Hotel breakfast could be improved by minimizing the number of times the staff asked about payment for the water bottles, perhaps by presenting the bill once instead of multiple times during our meal.

The staff at Summit Galleria were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Mark Artaba the FOM. RJ and Lovely at breakfast were amazing! The lobby and restaurant were nice, and the breakfast was good. The hotel's location attached to Robinson's Galleria mall was very convenient. It was also only 30 minutes away from the airport and 10 minutes from the ferry port. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival, which was a great bonus. The bed in the suite was comfortable and the shower was powerful. The hotel also had a nice pool and gym facility, although we didn't have the chance to use them. the hotel had great staff, a convenient location, and comfortable amenities.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Cebu City. The location was fantastic, as it was situated right inside a popular shopping mall. This was great because it allowed me to do a little shopping without having to travel far. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met. The basic amenities in the room were well-maintained and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of keeping everything clean. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to choose from.

This hotel is a great value for the money, with a location right in the Robinson's Galleria shopping mall. It's very convenient for shopping and the indoor pool on the third floor is a nice addition. The staff is friendly and keep the rooms clean.

The bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly by housekeeping.

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite at no extra cost. the bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. While we didn't have a chance to use the pool or gym facilities, we did enjoy dining at the restaurant downstairs. the location of the hotel is also convenient as it is attached to the new Robinsons mall and is near to shops.

Nothing to dislike about Summit Galleria Cebu.

The room was modern and comfortable, with great facilities. We also loved the complimentary coffee and tea. Despite a few maintenance issues and slow check-in, Summit Galleria provided a great stay overall.

Nothing could have been better.

The indoor pool was comfortable. The hotel's location connected to the mall was convenient. The spacious room had good lighting and was well-designed. The staff, especially Kharen, were friendly, approachable, and helpful. The room was consistently clean, and the front desk staff were professional and courteous.

The building and its surrounding environment lacked aesthetic appeal, which was a bit disappointing.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was extremely convenient, being adjacent to a mall and surrounded by everything we needed. We were able to easily find excellent restaurants nearby. Additionally, the hotel was in close proximity to several popular tourist spots, such as Magellan's Cross, Fort San Pedro, and the Yap-Sandiego ancestral house. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable, providing attentive and friendly service.

Had a great Easter break! Loved the free Easter egg hunt and face painting for kids. the hotel’s location was also perfect, right next to a big shopping center with plenty of dining options. We also enjoyed the hotel’s outdoor pool and the view of the city skyline from our room.

The room didn't have an iron, so when we asked for one, we were told there were none available. some of the staff at the front desk were not very friendly or welcoming, which made us feel a bit unwelcome.
