The room I stayed in had a spa bath which was great to relax in. Feeling like a pampered celebrity, I soaked in the luxurious spa bath, feeling all my worries melt away just like chocolate in the sun.

the suites were sparkling - location is fantastic for strolling around, and the host's local tips were spot-on. the powerful shower was a game-changer, and having clean towels daily felt like a treat in an executive deluxe spa studio that was incredibly cozy.

The location was amazing, just a short walk to town. Spa bath was relaxing and the room had laundry machines. Staff were friendly and let us check out late. The outdated TVs and towels were a bit of a letdown, but everything else was perfect. The shower over the deep spa bath was a bit tricky for us shorter folks, but overall a comfortable stay. Loved the cozy apartment and the huge bath was a bonus.

The room was cozy and beautifully decorated, and I loved the kitchenette with a washer and dryer. I was personally greeted and shown to my room, which made me feel valued as a guest. The complimentary tea, coffee, and treats were a nice touch. The location was very convenient, close to the central areas of the city. I had a great experience at Terra Vive and would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the airport and close enough to the city centre. Guests also appreciated the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and well-equipped bathrooms. The friendly and helpful staff provided a warm welcome, and the added bonus of a washing machine and dryer in the room was a great convenience.

The only negative aspect mentioned by guests was regarding the ceiling light covers, which had accumulated a large number of dead bugs.

Had a pleasant experience during my Xmas stay. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with easy access. the manager was very attentive and solved our problems effectively. the location was great, close to the town centre and tourist attractions. There were plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby, and we particularly enjoyed exploring the nearby parks and gardens.

The information booklet in the room and the website were outdated, which made it harder to find suitable dining options. We would have appreciated more up-to-date information and more helpful staff to guide us in our search for good food.

the garden area was also a great place to relax. the service was exceptional, with staff that were attentive and friendly, adding to the premium experience. the private facilities available in our room were exclusive and high-end, making us feel pampered and indulged. Located in an appealing area, with easy access to a variety of activities and attractions.

The only minor negative aspect we found at this hotel was the limited parking space available. the staff kindly offered alternative parking arrangements, so it wasn't a major inconvenience.
