I always return for comfy stays here. Staff once found my lost keys. Wi-Fi, free parking, storage, and a great restaurant. Free shuttle is a bonus. Perfect for my city breaks. No pets or smoking allowed, but it's cool!

Specific situation: We were delighted to find a ceramic outdoor bathtub in our room, where the staff had thoughtfully filled it for us before our arrival. It was a unique and relaxing experience to soak in the tub and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Drawbacks: The room was a bit small and there were some insects present, but this did not significantly detract from our overall enjoyment. I highly recommend this unique and charming ryokan for a special and memorable stay.

Loved our stay in this traditional Japanese inn. It's located in a stunning area next to a river surrounded by a beautiful forest. the private outdoor bath was amazing and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. They provided us with yukatas, and the dinner and breakfast were delicious. We also enjoyed the fact that we could choose from several options each night.

That some dishes were a bit too exotic for our taste. Plus, getting there was a bit of a challenge and required some extra transportation.

Nestled in a serene forested area, this hotel gives a luxurious traditional ryokan experience. the room had exclusive amenities like a private rotenburo, cozy tatami, matted floors, and an outdoor garden. the service was top, notch and staff made sure my stay was comfortable through bringing my gear to the room and making green tea. the kaiseki dinner was one of the highlights and the Japanese, style breakfast did not disappoint. the location offers scenic hiking trails, breathtaking temples, and a river view from the room.

There was a bit of noise disturbance from the adjacent room; however, it was quiet during night hours.
