I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was a bit away from the hustle and bustle, which made it nice and quiet. Plus, there was a bus stop right outside, making it easy to access public transport.

We had a fantastic stay at this ryokan. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable experience. Despite taking the wrong train, they held dinner for us and called us multiple times to provide advice on the best route to take. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and enjoyed a delicious and intriguing dinner. The rooms were huge and had private baths, offering a luxurious and comfortable experience. The traditional Japanese room, snacks, and green tea served in the room added a nice touch. The onsen was the highlight of our stay, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The staff also helped us plan our onward journey, making our stay even more convenient.

The private onsen bath was a highlight of my stay, and the staff made the whole experience even more special with their attentive service. The traditional dinner was a feast for the senses, but the breakfast was a bit too elaborate for my taste. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an authentic Japanese ryokan experience.

We stayed at Mount View for 2 nights to explore the beautiful area. The location was superb, with bus stops right at the doorstep, making it very convenient to get around. The spacious and clean room provided a comfortable stay, and we loved having the option to enjoy the indoor or outdoor onsen. The traditional Japanese meals served for breakfast and dinner were truly authentic and delicious. The yukatas and jackets provided added a nice touch to our stay, making it even more memorable.

This hotel is well placed for all the attractions in the area and is directly in front of a bus stop, making it very convenient to get around. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are equipped with nice toilets and even come with Japanese-style pajamas. The breakfast is amazing, especially the crab miso soup!

We had a wonderful stay at a peaceful and calm hotel with helpful staff. the restaurant personnel were especially attentive, introducing each and every food item to us. the kaiseki dinner was heavenly and sinful at the same time. XD the yukata and robe provided were clean and fresh. We loved the open-air onsen, especially at night when the cool breeze complemented the relaxing soak. the breakfast was excellent, and the staff made us feel welcomed. the onsen was never crowded and provided a truly relaxing experience. There was also a convenience store nearby for any needs. the room was spacious and the tatami was very comfortable for sleeping.

The hotel staff is helpful and can book a taxi for those who prefer it. Rooms are traditional Japanese style and come with comfortable bedding. The bathroom is clean and features a nice onsen. The breakfast and dinner are highly recommended with fresh local ingredients.

The hotel is somewhat out of the way and requires a bit of travel to find alternative dining options.
