I had a truly authentic Japanese experience at this ryokan. The traditional tatami mats and onsen were highlights of my stay. The staff went out of their way to accommodate my vegetarian diet and even prepared a special dinner for me and my daughter. The shuttle service to Kamikochi was convenient and the views from the ryokan were breathtaking. I highly recommend this ryokan for a unique and cultural stay.

Stunning Views and Great Food! the ryokan is located in a beautiful area close to many attractions. the staff were extremely helpful and polite, always willing to lend a hand. the food served was of exceptional quality and a real highlight of the vacation!

Hot Springs in Need of an Update and Limited Breakfast Options. the breakfast options were also quite limited and repetitive, which became a bit tiresome.

This hotel is conveniently located close to the Bus Terminal, with many shops in the vicinity. It's also a short distance from Kamikochi and a national park, making it the perfect base for outdoor activities. The rooms are immaculate, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The staff provides excellent service, including a shuttle service to various destinations. Guests can enjoy the traditional Japanese meals and relax in the serene onsen.

There is a limited vegetarian meal option available, especially for those who don't eat fish.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Kamikochi, making it an ideal choice for nature lovers who want to explore the national park. Additionally, the hotel provides free transportation services to and from Matsumoto, as well as a shuttle to Kamikochi, which is incredibly useful.
