The staff were so kind and helpful during my stay. They really went out of their way to make me feel welcome and answer any questions I had. The location of the inn was also great, being close to various attractions and a shopping arcade. I especially enjoyed the view of the pond from my room, it was a peaceful and lovely sight to wake up to.

One issue I had was with the bathroom and lavatory being separated in the room. It was a bit inconvenient to have to travel from one end of the room to the other just to use the facilities.

I loved the added bonus of the soothing hot spring bath and the opportunity to participate in cultural experiences, like dressing in traditional Japanese attire. The hotel's convenient location near the train station and its captivating night views were also major highlights. I couldn't have asked for a better stay in Japan.

We had an exceptional stay at a traditional Japanese inn. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and with beautiful views of the pond and surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the private bathroom was great. We also enjoyed the convenience of the on-site convenience store and the activities offered at the inn.

The pillows and traditional futon beds were quite hard to sleep on.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Visitor Center And Inn. The large, Japanese-style room provided us with an incredible view of the park and pond. The staff were super helpful and even helped us put on traditional kimonos for a family portrait. The location couldn't be better, with close proximity to the train station and main attractions. I highly recommend this hotel for an authentic and memorable experience.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel had plenty of free activities in the visitor center, although we didn't have time to participate. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and catering to our needs. The location was perfect, just steps away from the park and pagoda, with a great view from our room. The room itself was clean and well-furnished, with a new and clean bathroom.

The pillows were a bit hard, and the wifi tended to disconnect frequently. It would have been nice to have a sign for the back entrance, as it was a bit confusing to find.

The traditional Japanese room was spacious, with room for three futon mattresses and a separate seating area. The bath on the lower level was clean and had good temperature. The towels and bedding were very clean. The accommodation was close to temples and an undercover shopping street. The picturesque pond/lake in front of the inn had deer, making for a beautiful backdrop for photos. The inn provided Jinbei to use during the stay. The visitor center in the same building offered free activities like cosplay, Japanese name writing, and origami. There was free WiFi, a convenience store, and a coin laundry on the lower level. The common area on level 4 had a microwave and cooktop.

Felt like a VIP, no reason to complain.
