I appreciated the convenient shuttle service to the airport which made my early morning departure hassle-free. The on-site convenience store was a delightful surprise, allowing me to grab snacks easily. The spacious room offered comfort after a long international flight, and the beautiful Japanese garden nearby was perfect for a leisurely stroll.

The breakfast area could get quite crowded, which led to a bit of a wait.

pulled in for a much-needed break but was shocked by the shabby, dusty room—coughing all night! ! , and breakfast was chaos, 40 minutes just to sit? I was expecting a room upgrade for the inconvenience but got nada! , staff seemed all too satisfied with their mediocrity. Honestly, was almost tempted to give a good review, but just couldn’t.

During my stay, i loved the convenience of the free shuttle that takes you to narita town, making it super easy to explore local attractions, and the nearby naritasan park provided a lovely spot for a leisurely walk and taking in the scenery. the indoor swimming pool and 24-hour convenience shop in the hotel also made my visit comfortable and enjoyable.

the breakfast options were limited. also, the hallways had a funny smell. but the free shuttle service was super convenient! ! enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the well-stocked convenience store for late-night snacks.

The lobby constantly smells like fried food!!! Hailing a cab proves difficult!!! Some staff might lack polite communication skills!!! The room decor is older than expected and not quite as clean as a guest would hope!!!
