I got great value for my money at Hotel Mystays Premier. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel's location near the airport made it very convenient. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The menu for breakfast could be improved.

Tv didn't work.

As older guests, we enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's shuttle service to the airport and nearby shopping mall. The spacious and clean rooms, along with the abundance of toiletries and AU sockets, made our stay comfortable. The hotel's beautiful garden backdrop during breakfast added to the pleasant atmosphere.

We felt extremely satisfied with our stay and had nothing to complain about.

We stayed in a hotel for a short period in the Narita area, which was very convenient for our transit in and out of the city. The location was perfect, with easy access to the info desk at the airport and several Japanese bars in the vicinity. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, and breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of options. The hotel also had a beautiful swimming pool and a lovely garden with colorful Koi fish.

The hotel lacked handicap facilities, which made it difficult for wheelchair users.

The view from the room was stunning, especially during meals. the room itself was incredibly comfortable and cozy. Plus, the staff was helpful and friendly, even assisting me in locating my lost belongings. the free shuttle service to both the airport and the city was a major convenience.

The trash cans in the room were too small, and the bathroom felt a bit cramped. However, these were workable inconveniences.

The hotel was quite popular and often crowded with large tour groups, which could be a bit overwhelming at times.

Had an amazing Thanksgiving stay at this hotel! Loved the free shuttle service that was available from the airport to the hotel and to the local shopping mall. the rooms were beautiful and spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a great selection of Western and Japanese dishes to choose from. the garden area with the koi pond was lovely and provided a great place to relax and unwind.

That the public bath wasn't available in the morning, which could have been a great way to start the day. However, there was still a bath in the room available for use.

Additionally, there is a shuttle service to a shopping Mall near the train station. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good amenities like free water, slippers, and sleep robe. The staff is friendly and helpful.

One aspect that could be improved is the air circulation inside the room and bathroom. Some guests noted a musty smell in the bathroom.
