The hotel is situated in a picturesque location, close to the Kegon falls and right next to the serene lake. Taking a stroll down the 'main street' by the lake around 9ish provides a peaceful and beautiful experience. The friendly staff at the hotel provide exceptional service and are always willing to assist. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. the hotel provides a tranquil retreat with breathtaking views and excellent hospitality.

We had a wonderful retreat at a stunning lakeside hotel in Nikko. The view from our room was absolutely majestic, with the silvery waters of Lake Chuzenji and the mountains in the background. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the onsen experience was revitalizing. The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions, such as the Kegon and Ryuzu Falls. The meals provided were delicious, although the portion sizes could have been a bit bigger. I recommend this hotel for a revitalizing and memorable experience.

Spent New Year's Eve at a beautiful hotel located near a lake surrounded by mountains. The hot springs were amazing and the staff was very friendly. The French-style dinner was fantastic, and the gardens were lovely to stroll around during the day. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to nearby attractions and the village.

The breakfast was a bit lackluster and there were limited food options in the nearby village. It was also a bit far from the main attractions, so be prepared to travel a bit to visit the popular tourist spots.
