During my Christmas vacation at this hotel, I really liked the variety of activities and entertainment options available. the hotel offered a wide range of activities such as water polo, football, and volleyball, which kept me and my family entertained throughout the day. Additionally, the evening shows at the theater were top-notch and provided great entertainment for everyone. the hotel's location was also a major plus. It was conveniently situated near the beach, and the pools were fantastic. We never had trouble finding a spot to relax and enjoy the sun or shade.

There were a few aspects that I disliked about my stay. First, the buffet restaurants for evening meals were quite basic with limited variety compared to the morning and lunch buffets.

Reasonable price. On-site activities: tennis, mini golf, pool exercise class. Fantastic pools and beachfront. Great food in main dining room. Beautifully landscaped with lush greenery and tropical birds.

The location was perfect, right in front of the resort and close to all the restaurants. The breakfast spread was delicious, with fresh fruits, salads, and vegetables. The staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcome.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic, with reasonable prices and plenty of on-site activities. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect, with access to the beachfront and nearby resorts. The staff treated us well and made our stay enjoyable.

Some breakfast items could have been improved upon, such as the variety of options available.

Stayed for Easter holidays. the pools were great and very clean. Loved having access to all of the restaurants and bars, which provided a wide range of food and drink options. the location was also ideal, close to key attractions and with plenty of wildlife to see around the complex.

There was a lack of variety in the food after the first week, which became monotonous. some of the wait staff were slow to clear tables and reset them for the next customer.

I loved how the hotel is located near the theater, allowing me to easily catch some entertainment without having to travel far. Additionally, the breakfast options were diverse and delicious, offering something for everyone's taste. this hotel truly exceeded my expectations in everything they offered.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a variety of treatments available, and the Outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing. the Restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast, with excellent service from the staff. We also enjoyed the Entertainment provided in the evenings by the Live entertainers.

The only minor issue we encountered was the Beach access. While the Beach itself was beautiful, there was a lack of Beach umbrellas available, making it challenging to find a spot to relax in the shade.

Had an amazing Christmas vacation at this resort! The beautiful beach and well-maintained grounds were a big plus. The food in the restaurants was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the A La Carte options. The location of the resort was perfect, with easy access to pools, restaurants, and the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One disappointing aspect was the sales pitch on arrival. It ended up taking over 2 hours of our time, which could have been better spent enjoying the pool or beach.

Liked everything.

The staff at the Grand Palladium Colonial Resort & Spa were excellent, very helpful and friendly. The beautiful grounds offer plenty of space for guests to relax, with access to both the beach and the pools. The lobbies are stunning and the rooms are comfortable. The resort also offers a variety of dining options at the buffets, with a lot of good choices.

Felt very well looked after, no complaints at all.
