The hotel is conveniently located next to trams going in all four directions, making it easy to access all the sightseeing points. It is also close to the market, where you can enjoy local flavors and find unique souvenirs. Moreover, the hotel is right beside the famous red bridge, providing a beautiful view and a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are well furnished, clean, and spacious, providing a comfortable stay for guests.

The staff's communication regarding guests' preferences for changing towels and sheets can be confusing and frustrating.

We had a delightful Christmas stay in the heart of the city. the hotel's breakfast buffet was diverse, offering traditional fare and a wide selection of tasty treats. We enjoyed the convenience of having a family store on the first floor. the hotel's proximity to the shops and restaurants was the icing on the cake, making our trip a breeze. We loved the comfortable bed, the cozy atmosphere, and the friendly staff who helped us when needed.

While the staff did not speak English fluently, they tried their best to assist us. the lighting in the bathroom was quite dim, making it difficult when getting dressed.
