The views from the room and the pool were absolutely breathtaking! It was so refreshing and relaxing to soak in the beautiful surroundings. The Tulum style theme in the hotel was stunning and gave it a unique and stylish atmosphere. everything was very clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall pleasant experience.

The morning rush to reserve sunbeds with towels. It was a bit frustrating to see the childish behavior of some guests waking up early just to save their spots.

The location of this hotel is simply breathtaking, situated on a beautiful elevated peninsula with stunning views of the bay. The main areas of the hotel are impressive, giving a sense of luxury and tranquility. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, offering a lovely view of the ocean from the patio. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfasts are amazing, with a wide variety of delicious choices. The amenities, such as the main pool and beach access, are top-notch.

Some of the rooms in the older section of the hotel could use a facelift to match the elegance of the rest of the property.

Arriving at this hotel was an experience I will never forget. the location was breathtaking, surrounded by mountains and overlooking the sea. the staff were attentive and accommodating, catering to our every need. the Spa & wellness centre was luxurious, offering body wraps, massages, and beauty treatments. the infinity pool was the perfect place to relax and take in the stunning scenery. the private facilities were exclusive and made us feel like royalty. the restaurant was of the highest quality, serving special diet menus and delicious dishes. In-room breakfast was a treat with a variety of options available.

The lack of live entertainment. It would have been nice to have some music playing at the pool to keep up a good vibe.

I recently stayed at a stunning hotel in Agios Nikolaos, Crete called Minos Palace. It was the perfect end to our two-week island hopping adventure. The pool was even more breathtaking in person, and the whole property had a beautiful, airy feel. The rooms were stylish and I loved the private pool in our Euphoria room. The food at the restaurant overlooking the private beach was delicious, and the staff were excellent. I also enjoyed the cooking lesson and the overall relaxing and welcoming vibe of the hotel. I can't wait to return!
