Although the onsen was a delightful experience, the bathroom size did not meet our expectations.

As older guests, we were delighted with the traditional Japanese baths in the basement. The inner and outer onsens were incredibly relaxing, especially during the cold season. I absolutely loved the traditional Japanese atmosphere of the hotel. The decorations, furniture, and overall design really brought out the beauty of Japanese culture. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and clean, making it easy for senior people like me to navigate around. The location was also ideal, with easy access to transportation and nearby amenities. I was beyond impressed with my stay at this hotel.
