My recent stay at Hotel Regina offered stunning views of Mt Fuji from the spacious room, which had a separate bedroom and living area with a balcony. the onsen was a lovely addition, and the kaiseki dinners at Jukai were delicious. the staff was welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was diverse, all creating a fantastic experience.

Great view of Mt. Fuji, clear in the evening, night, and morning. Decent breakfast with many restaurant options nearby. Family room was spacious with four beds. Onsen facilities available. Superior twin room on the 10th floor had a fantastic view. Free parking and good WiFi. Very comfortable stay and good night sleep. a relaxing and interesting experience.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this place. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were delighted to be allocated a room on the 7th floor with a great view of Mt Fuji. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a lovely hot spring bath and a fun karaoke room. The breakfast had a wide range of Japanese dishes to choose from, and although the western options were not amazing, they were still sufficient. The shuttle service into town was very convenient, and we appreciated the free parking and WiFi. we had a comfortable and relaxing time here.
