I was blown away by the breathtaking views of Mount Fuji from my room at Hotel Regina. It was like a postcard come to life. The room itself was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The hotel provided a delicious buffet breakfast with a wide variety of Japanese and Western options. The onsen area was clean and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The friendly staff added to the relaxed atmosphere and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend Hotel Regina for an unforgettable stay with magnificent views of Mount Fuji.

Great view of Mt. Fuji, clear in the evening, night, and morning. Decent breakfast with many restaurant options nearby. Family room was spacious with four beds. Onsen facilities available. Superior twin room on the 10th floor had a fantastic view. Free parking and good WiFi. Very comfortable stay and good night sleep. a relaxing and interesting experience.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this place. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were delighted to be allocated a room on the 7th floor with a great view of Mt Fuji. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a lovely hot spring bath and a fun karaoke room. The breakfast had a wide range of Japanese dishes to choose from, and although the western options were not amazing, they were still sufficient. The shuttle service into town was very convenient, and we appreciated the free parking and WiFi. we had a comfortable and relaxing time here.

The staff is friendly and helpful, offering shuttle services to and from the station, as well as Fujikyu Highland.

The language barrier with staff was an issue at times. the hotel lacked sufficient renovation and seemed outdated.
