I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, right near Puerta del Sol Square and Plaza Mayor. It was exactly where I wanted to be - not too far from the historical area, but still within walking distance. The value for money was excellent, especially considering its proximity to the city center and the airport bus station. The staff was also very helpful and attentive, providing recommendations for the best sights in the city. it was a comfortable stay with basic amenities that suited my needs.

I had a great experience at Nest Style Santiago! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. When I accidentally left my hat and glasses behind after changing rooms, the front desk clerk searched the entire hotel until she found them. The upgraded room was spacious and had a balcony, and the breakfast included was a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is perfectly located near the train station, making it easy to explore the city center. It's also conveniently situated right next to the airport shuttle, allowing for easy travel. The breakfast may not be anything special, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby to satisfy your hunger.

Great complementary breakfast served until late in the morning and nice welcome free drink on arrival. Convenient location with easy access to public transportation and close to the main attractions. the bed was comfortable and the room was spotless clean.

The thin walls caused a lot of noise from other rooms which made it hard to sleep. the bathroom was small and the sink was too tiny to use comfortably.

This hotel ticks many boxes for a comfortable stay. The location is great, on a busy shopping street with close proximity to the historical area. The staff offers excellent service and attention to detail, providing basic amenities and rooms with a bath that had been confirmed. The breakfast included fresh oranges, not from concentrate, which was a nice touch.

All was fine, no complaints.

We loved the central location of this hotel, just a short walk from the city center and boutique style shopping. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing recommendations for local shops and even helping us find transportation information. The breakfast offered at this hotel was fantastic and reasonably priced. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and there were plenty of hotel facilities available for our use.

We really got great value for our money at Nest Style Santiago. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and we had a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, cafes, bars, and tourist attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and patient, speaking multiple languages and making us feel welcome. It was also a relief to have two lifts available to carry our bags, making our stay even more convenient.

The only small thing that could have made the morning meal better at Nest Style Santiago would be having the breakfast room with windows for a brighter atmosphere.
