The gym fitness center with swimming pool, spa, and sauna is well-equipped and worth the extra cost. The location is fantastic, with easy access to Arashiyama, Nishiki Market, and downtown via bus or train. The 24/7 convenience store downstairs and taxi rank in front of the hotel are very handy. The hotel also has underground and overground transportation options, as well as a fridge in the room for storing food and drinks. the facilities and amenities provided cater well to adults.

We felt completely happy with our stay at the Rhino Hotel Kyoto. Nothing was too much trouble, and all our needs were taken care of.

The hotel is located in a vibrant area with lots of Japanese bars and some girlie bars nearby. It is also very close to the subway, making it convenient to access the Gion district. Additionally, there are plenty of shopping options within walking distance, and it's in the right side of the city for easy access to a few of the temples.

Some visitors mentioned that the breakfast offered by the hotel was only average.

I had a great stay at Rhino Hotel Kyoto. The location was incredibly convenient, with the Hankyu line train station just a block away and multiple bus routes nearby. The hotel room, though small, was efficiently used and comfortably furnished. The staff were very helpful, speaking English well and even accommodating special requests. The hotel was also very clean and well-maintained.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Yoshinoya and within a short distance to the temples. There are plenty of eating options nearby, including MO's burger and McDonald's. AEON Mall is also just a 10-minute walk away, providing additional shopping and dining opportunities. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a built-in radio/alarm clock. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing assistance whenever needed.

The hotel is not well connected to public transportation, requiring some travel to reach popular tourist areas.

The free Spa Facilities were great for experiencing the Japanese public bath. The room was nice and the staff were very helpful. Close to metro station and train. Big desk and comfortable chairs. Exceptional housekeeping.

Rhino Hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the convenient location. It is situated very close to a subway station, making it easy to explore Kyoto using public transport. Additionally, the staff were attentive and provided great service, ensuring that all our needs were met. The room itself was well-equipped and had a comfortable bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. Moreover, being on the top floors offered a wonderful view of Kyoto. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was splendid, offering a taste of Japanese cuisine.

No negative aspects to mention, everything was satisfactory.

Spent Christmas at a really comfortable hotel, with spacious and clean rooms. the hotel is located in a convenient area with lots of eateries and convenience stores nearby, plus easy access to bus services. the staff were friendly and helpful, making sure an English speaker was available whenever needed. sleeping well was easy in this hotel.

The lack of wifi in the rooms, with only the lobby offering this amenity. it was somewhat far from the city's main attractions, requiring a taxi ride to get there.
