The hotel's rooms were clean, quiet, and included useful facilities like an iron, iron desk, and hairdryer. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide range of options. the swimming pool and gym were great.

While the pool areas were great, the duty manager's response to the mistake was not reassuring.

Friendly Staff and Excellent Facilities

We had an amazing stay at the Gran Melia Jakarta. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The facilities were top-notch, from the spacious rooms to the superb buffet breakfast. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of food options available, catering to different palates. The hotel also boasts excellent facilities, including a pool with a big rubber duck that my son absolutely loved. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a very nice stay in a hotel located in the business district across from the Dutch embassy. The location was perfect for us as we were traveling for business. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The service provided by the staff was friendly and efficient. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast with plenty of choices. The hotel also had a gym, pool, and spa facilities for us to relax and unwind after a long day. it was a great experience.

The hotel did not have a rooftop bar that stayed open late into the night, which was a bit disappointing for those looking for late-night entertainment options.

The exclusive amenities of this hotel were fulfilling. The Spa and Wellness Centre, Steam Room, and Sauna, were breathtaking. The Spa Centre offers exceptional massage services that were very relaxing. The restaurant had a fantastic bar/lounge area where you could order delicious snacks. Room advantages were excellent, private facilities were also available.

The only minor drawback was the hotel's location, which I found quite far from the city center. However, the private car transfer service provided by the hotel made commuting much easier.
