Great value for money, spacious rooms, and a fantastic location. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed.

We loved our stay at Los Arcos Suites! The location was perfect, with the second location right next to the beach. Being able to use the facilities at both locations was a big plus for us. The housekeeping crew was fantastic, providing thorough and attentive service. The check-in staff was also friendly and hospitable. The suites themselves were great, with a nice balcony and access to the pools and facilities at all the Los Arcos properties. We also appreciated the coffee machine in the morning and the overall value for the money.

What a wonderful hotel! Our stay at Los Arcos was absolutely delightful. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the atmosphere was peaceful and romantic. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and the Malecón. Our room was spacious and always clean, with hot water and an amazing balcony that offered a beautiful view. The bed was so comfortable, and we appreciated the extra pillows. The complimentary coffee and cookies in the lobby each morning were a nice touch. We instantly felt at home and will definitely be returning to this hotel when we visit PV again. Muchas gracias!

Great value for money, with excellent prices for the amenities provided. The staff were very attentive and provided really good service. The location was superb, with easy access to plenty of shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean, with king size beds, a balcony, and basic amenities. Plus, the breakfast was delicious!

We stayed at a hotel near the beach, just a block away. The location was perfect, as it was in a great area of the romantic zone. The hotel was on the outskirts of the older part of the city, which gave us a taste of the authentic Puerto Vallarta. Our room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a refrigerator. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, overlooking the vibrant streets below.

The staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful, especially the girls working there. We had a frustrating experience with the WiFi, as we were given the wrong password and it took multiple attempts to resolve the issue.

The value for the money was not quite what I expected, but the suite itself was fantastic. With a mini fridge, cold A/C, and a private balcony, it was everything I needed. The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to the beach, and the staff treated me with utmost kindness and hospitality.

The interior architecture and the inner courtyard of the hotel were stunning, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The pool area was small but cozy, providing a nice spot to relax and unwind. The hotel also provided beach loungers and towels, which was a great bonus. The daily cleaning service was thorough and kept my room tidy throughout my stay. The complimentary two bottles of water each day were a nice touch.

Although I had a great experience at Los Arcos Suites, there were a few minor drawbacks. I noticed a slight musty odor when I first entered the room, but after a few minutes with the air conditioning on, it no longer bothered me.

The hotel we stayed at was wonderful, with an amazing breakfast included each day. We were also pleased to find complimentary coffee and biscuits available in the mornings, a really nice touch. The location was perfect as it allowed us to easily explore the city and take advantage of all the great restaurants and attractions nearby. Plus, being able to relax by the pool or the beach was an added bonus.

While we loved our stay overall, we did find that at times it could be quite noisy, especially with children running around the pool area. It would have been nice if there were some better restrictions or rules in place to ensure that guests could relax and enjoy some quiet time when they wanted to.
