The secluded location of the hotel was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing Easter getaway. the breathtaking views of the beach and ocean were a highlight of the stay. Additionally, the personalized touches such as choosing your own soap and aromatherapy oil added a luxurious touch to the experience.

The staff at Mezzanine A Colibri Boutique Hotel-Adults Only went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. David at the front desk saved the day when my reservation was off by a day and arranged a room for me with no issues. The concierge, including Maggie and Gabbie, were sweet and accommodating, helping us with bike rentals and even arranging medicine for my sick girlfriend. Alejandro went above and beyond, providing exceptional service. The rooms were cleaned daily and had thoughtful touches like aromatherapy diffusers and evening tea. The Thai-inspired restaurant served delicious food and the cocktails were great. Plus, the hotel's location near the ruins and away from the hustle and bustle of Tulum was perfect for a peaceful getaway. I highly recommend this hotel for an amazing experience.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing, providing excellent service and going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious, offering a great variety of options that we enjoyed throughout our week-long stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning views of the Caribbean and a serene atmosphere that allowed us to relax and unwind. We also appreciated the access to the hotel's sister properties and the free parking provided.

The water pressure and temperature in the hotel could be inconsistent, but we understand that this is part of their commitment to sustainability and responsible resource use. It would have been helpful to have clearer information on tipping and the fact that meals are not included, as this could cause confusion for guests.

Spent Christmas in a lovely boutique hotel with great ocean views. Received complementary stocking stuffers and a festive Christmas dinner, which was a nice touch. the location was unbeatable, just a quick walk to the nearby ruins and the bike rentals made it easy to explore. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.

The value didn't quite match the price. the breakfast service was slow and often crowded with outsiders despite being a hotel amenity.

The prices were affordable and the food was delicious. The location was ideal, as it was in a well-kept area just next to the main avenue.

The rooms are clean and nicely put together, with the Master Suite offering a private balcony, large tub, and fabulous ocean view. The staff provides exceptional service, going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. Complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks are delivered to the room each morning, and turn-down service includes tea and chocolates.

The main courses for lunch and dinner were a bit on the small side, considering the price.

I had the best stay at this hotel! The view was absolutely stunning, with the hotel sitting right at the beach on the rocks. The outdoor spaces were perfect for lounging and escaping the direct sunlight. The staff was amazing, remembering our names and making us feel like family. Abdel, David, and Maricela were especially wonderful. The tea service in the evenings and the morning coffee and tea helped us start each day right. The location of the hotel was great, just a short bike ride away from the more crowded downtown beach area. We also had access to the other Colibri hotels and their facilities, which was a bonus. a relaxing and scenic girls trip experience.
