During our New Year stay at this hotel, we were impressed by the excellent service and friendly staff. the hotel is conveniently located near many scenic spots in the area and offers stunning views of the beautiful white beach. Additionally, the Japanese-style room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for our stay.

One drawback we encountered was the lack of directional signage, making it difficult to find the hotel entrance from the nearby crossroad. Additionally, the steep road leading to the hotel can be tiring, especially when carrying luggage from the seafront to the hillside location.

The value for money at this hotel was great! The room was spacious and had a fantastic ocean view. The location was fantastic too, with a beautiful nearby beach and a convenient amusement park for the kids. The staff were friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Breakfast choices could have been better, maybe more options for simple and lighter meals.

I had an amazing honeymoon stay at this hotel. They upgraded us to a special room on the top floor with corner windows offering stunning views of the ocean and beach. The 11th floor hot spring and lounge were a great addition. The hotel is conveniently situated near a supermarket, foot bath along the street, Daiso, and only a 15-minute walk from Sakinoyu open-air hot spring. The location was perfect and worth every penny.

I recently stayed at the Marriott hotel in Shirahama for three nights and had a fantastic experience. The facilities were great, and I particularly loved the option to hire bikes from the reception. The staff, especially S Kuriyama at the front desk, provided exceptional customer service, showing respect and kindness. Their fluency in English made my stay even better. The hotel offered a comfortable stay with amazing sea views from my room on the 6th floor, and the Onsen facilities on the 11th floor were fantastic. The option to rent mountain bikes and electric bikes was a great way to explore the town, and the Japanese/Western buffet breakfast was excellent. I would also like to thank Mr. Kaori Fukuda for arranging tasty vegetarian dinners for three nights, as finding vegetarian meals nearby the hotel was difficult. Lastly, enjoying the hot spring in the hotel room with the excellent sea view was a wonderful experience.

The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and close to popular attractions like Senjojiki and Sandanbeki. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and had comfortable beds. The onsen was fantastic, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of both Western and Japanese options, with fresh fruits and made-to-order eggs. The staff were exceptional, providing friendly and professional service. They went above and beyond to assist us, even arranging for a prompt return of an item we left behind. our stay at this hotel was memorable and truly enjoyable.

Recently stayed at a hotel with a private onsen and amazing ocean views. The onsen was clean and the room was spacious. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a great view of the ocean. The staff provided excellent service and made our stay memorable.

We booked the Nanki-Shirahama Marriott Hotel for our honeymoon and it was a delightful experience. The hotel staff were informed about our surprise and provided us with a complimentary champagne bottle to celebrate. The room we booked had a private onsen and it was a lovely treat. The room itself was spacious, especially for a Japanese hotel, and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast immensely. The hot springs on the 11th floor were a highlight with stunning views during both the day and night. The hotel staff were incredibly polite and spoke English well, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Spent a cozy Christmas at a hotel near the beach. Loved the beautiful view of the ocean from my room and the top floor onsen. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The hotel lacked the traditional Japanese onsen resort vibe that I was hoping for. the lobby felt empty and cold, and the Japanese-style room was average.
