Bright, airy area. Close to good food. Luxe furnishings. Shizutetsu tea provided. Separate bath and shower area. Convenient walk to JY line. Quiet room with blackout curtains. Spacious with modern bathroom. Multiple lighting, USB, and wireless charging points. Nice complimentary amenities, including Yuzu milk bath salts. Clean pyjamas every day. Nice breakfast with Western options. Incredibly helpful staff. Free umbrellas on rainy days. Free coffee and amenities. Rooms suitable for one large suitcase.

Loved the stylish décor and luxurious furnishings in the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh omelets and French toast prepared by the chef. The location was fantastic, surrounded by plenty of great food options and offering a bright, airy atmosphere.

The rooms were quite small, and the beds were uncomfortable, with super hard pillows resembling cherry pits. it was inconvenient to move around with large suitcases, and the noise could be a bit bothersome at times.

The hotel's location near Tamachi station was extremely convenient for accessing central Tokyo and Haneda airport. The area was quiet and safe, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel itself had a modern feel and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and near Tokyo Tower.

Felt extremely safe, with staff always willing to assist. Nothing was too much trouble.
