We loved the amazing location of this hotel, as it was very close to the shopping streets of Kawaramachi and the Gion district. The hotel facilities were great, including the code system to enter the room and the option to select our own pillow preferences. The free happy hour with all-you-can-drink alcohol for two hours a day was a fantastic bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel offers great value for money with its excellent location and basic amenities. Situated in the main area of Kyoto, it is easily accessible and surrounded by an abundance of shops and restaurants. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing good service. The rooms on the 4th level are comfortable and well-maintained. Additionally, the included breakfast is a delightful start to the day, with a variety of options to choose from.

The hot spring facility on-site was great - nothing better than experiencing a Japanese "Onsen" before a good night's sleep! The staff was extremely nice, and the location was excellent - very central! Plus, the breakfast was very good, with a variety of delicious options.

The room size was very small, which was a bit disappointing. And the bathroom was quite small as well, making it difficult for larger individuals or couples to use at the same time.

The breakfast buffet offered a good spread with freshly baked pastries and a diverse selection of Japanese food options. The onsen in the apartment type accommodation was a great addition, providing a relaxing experience. The room was clean and the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to shopping, food, and transportation.

The proximity to the train station and various sightseeing spots allowed us easy access to explore the city. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, providing us with a great start to our adventurous days. We also appreciated the free alcoholic drinks in the evenings and the access to the onsen for some relaxation after a day of exploring. The staff was kind and informative, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We loved the excellent location of this hotel. It was very close to the cultural center of Kyoto, allowing us to easily explore all the attractions. The train station was right next to the hotel, making transportation very convenient. Moreover, there were many restaurants nearby, including a fantastic vegan restaurant. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

the location is unbeatable. It is right in the center, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. I could walk to Nishiki Market in just 4 minutes and reach Gion district in 10-15 minutes. The train station is also conveniently located just 5 minutes away. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful, even though their English skills were limited. They used a translation device, which I found brilliant. Finally, the room was surprisingly spacious, with enough room for three large suitcases.
