The hotel offered complimentary drinks upon arrival, which was a nice way to start the new year celebrations. the room was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. the location was very close to the beach, making it convenient for beach activities. One more advantage was the helpfulness of the security staff.

The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, giving only normal air. the internet connection was very weak, forcing me to use my own data most of the time.

exceeded our expectations during our anniversary celebration. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooftop pool was amazing. We can't wait to return to this gem in Balabag.

Located in the heart of Boracay, this hotel offers a convenient base for exploring the island. Trikes are readily available, making it easy to get around. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach and a variety of shops and restaurants. Guests can enjoy clean and comfortable rooms with great amenities, such as Netflix access and a cozy bed.

Some areas of the hotel, like the pool tiles, may need maintenance to prevent any potential injuries.

The pool & pool bar are great. The breakfast is very good with a buffet & cook to order available. Everything about the place is very good. The standout here is the exceptional staff, truly exceptional.

As a backpacker, I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff at Ferra. The clean rooms with comfy beds and good air conditioning were a plus. The on-site restaurant, Brick and Basil, offered delicious pizza and pasta. The location was convenient with a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants and stores.

They were always willing to assist with luggage and arranging tours or transfers. Upon arrival, I was greeted with complimentary drinks, which were much appreciated after a long journey. the rooftop bar offered a fantastic view of Boracay, and the complimentary drink tokens were a nice touch. the breakfast provided each morning was delicious and varied, catering to different tastes. the room was well-decorated and clean, providing a comfortable space to relax. the rooftop pool was a great spot to unwind, especially during sunset.

Our stay at Ferra Hotel was worth every penny. The room was spacious and the rooftop pool had a breathtaking view. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

We had a great time staying at a hotel near both the famous beaches. The location was perfect as we were able to easily access all the activities and D-mall. The room was spacious with a clean bathroom, and the staff provided exceptional service. The breakfast had a variety of options and was served in a lovely outdoor garden. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool which offered a stunning view of the surrounding area and was a great place to relax.

There were occasional power outages during our stay.

Our Christmas stay was not ideal. Our room was too warm even with the AC on and there was no way to adjust the temperature.

The hotel staff always had a warm smile on their faces, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a cozy atmosphere. I also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel's restaurant. And although the pool was under renovation, the hotel assured me it would be completed soon. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and pleasant ambiance.
