the location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Ueno Station. There were plenty of dining options nearby, especially in the evenings. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and even though we could already speak Japanese, it's great for travelers who don't. They allowed us to check in early and store our bags until check-in time. the room was surprisingly spacious, perfect for unpacking our luggage. the best part was the cute little tea/coffee machine on the second floor that provided unlimited drinks. Laundry facilities were also available, and there was a FamilyMart just across the street. To top it all off, they even offered a complimentary small breakfast.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from Ueno JR station. The room, although small in Japanese size, was very comfortable and had a bathtub. The staff were able to speak English and the hotel provided mini breakfasts before going out. The room was very clean and had all the necessary amenities and facilities like a refrigerator, TV, WiFi, hair dryer, shampoo. It is also conveniently located near the Keisei Ueno and JR Ueno stations.

The room was extremely small, and the area did not feel safe at night. There were not enough plug points for my devices which made it difficult for me to work in the room.

Great location near the train station and convenient for exploring Tokyo. The complimentary breakfast provided a good way to start the day. The room size was as expected for Tokyo, but still comfortable. I would recommend Sutton Place Hotel Ueno for its value for money.
