I loved the hotel's superb location close to the train station, making it easy for me to move around with luggage. the room was spacious, clean, and had ample storage for my clothes. Additionally, convenient access to shopping areas, train stations, and restaurants around the hotel enhanced my stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - right across from the train station with a direct train to and from the airport. It was so convenient for us to carry our heavy luggage. The area around the hotel was nice, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. We needed some bug bite remedy and one of the attendants walked us to a nearby pharmacy to help us find what we needed. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. The air conditioning worked well, which was a relief in the hot weather. we would highly recommend staying here for its great location and excellent service.

Awesome location with easy access to train and subway stations. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the family-sized rooms were perfect and reasonably priced. the view from the rooms was fantastic!

The hotel needs to work on the language skills of the staff as not all of them were proficient in English. there were some concerns about security as there were no security checks while accessing the lifts to the rooms.

The noise from the city and the train station was quite loud, which sometimes disturbed my sleep.

We had a pleasant stay at Miyako City Osaka Tennoji. The location is excellent, with easy access to trains and shops. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom had great amenities. Although the staff had limited English, they were still friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
