We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Grayville! The staff went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful experience, from offering recommendations for dinner to taking care of our dog. The hotel was clean and we felt safe during our stay. The location was convenient, right off the highway and close to New Harmony, Indiana. The breakfast offerings were tasty, with a variety of options including name brand cereals, waffles, and yogurt. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel during our romantic escape. the room was clean and comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the whirlpool bath. the bed was comfy, and we both slept well. the staff was friendly and check-in was quick. the breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a variety of options including toast, cereals, waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy. the food was fresh and delicious.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. the shower curtain didn't stay shut because the shower curtain rods weren't properly attached.

They remained calm and called for assistance from other staff and bystanders. The whole housekeeping team even came to the rescue. Their actions were comforting and showed genuine concern for the family. Additionally, the lobby was a great gathering spot for our rowdy conversations and the staff took it all in stride. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing Service and Care

I had such an incredible experience at the Super 8 in Grayville. When my car broke down late at night, the tow truck driver brought me straight to the hotel where they helped me settle in. The next morning, I had a seizure and the hotel manager, Chris, took control and called paramedics. He even made sure my son was taken care of while I was in the hospital. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. My car was fixed and waiting for me when I returned, and they even offered to comp an extra night. The level of care and service was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel I stayed at for my city break was a great find. the rooms were recently upgraded and clean, with all the necessary amenities like cable TV, a mini-fridge, and a microwave. the price was really good, especially since I used a coupon I found at a rest area. the hotel was conveniently located near the interstate, making it easy to get around. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which may not have been fancy, but was tasty and just as good as some more expensive hotels I've stayed at.

The only downside to my stay was the small lobby area during breakfast. There weren't enough tables and chairs for the number of people, so I had to eat in my room.
