the blossom kyoto was beyond expectations - convenient location, great amenities, and impeccable service. sustainability efforts with bamboo powder items were a nice touch. will definitely return.

I got great value for my money at Blossom Kyoto. The room was spacious and comfy, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The location was convenient, with a subway nearby and Kyoto Station just a short walk away.

Food for breakfast could be improved with more variety, especially some western options.

The room was clean, cozy, and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk from the metro station and with easy access to the city. We also appreciated the well-stocked lounge, the relaxing public bath, and the delicious breakfast buffet. Despite a few minor issues like the difficult-to-control hot water shower and the occasional lack of hot drinks in the machine, our overall experience was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful interior spaces with cherry blossom arrangements in the lobby. Fantastic onsen with a lounge area offering snacks and drinks. Conveniently located near metro station and restaurants. Fresh pyjamas and yukata provided daily.

The hotel is decorated with xmas theme decorations. We received complementary xmas cookies and hot cocoa in our room upon arrival. the location was very convenient, surrounded by great cafes and shops. We also enjoyed the free shuttle service to nearby attractions.

The noise level from outside was quite high and woke us up early in the morning. the water temperature at the onsen was extremely hot and uncomfortable.
