As young people, we loved the convenient location just steps away from Universal Studios Japan and the JR Universal City Station. The hotel's private spa was a highlight, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day at the theme park. The view from the spa was breathtaking, and the staff were fantastic. We were able to easily purchase tickets for the park at the hotel desk, making our visit seamless.

Some guests reported slight issues with the walls being thin, resulting in noise disturbances from neighboring rooms.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for our visit to USJ. We loved the convenience of having a sky spa on the 14th floor, where we could relax and enjoy beautiful views. The hotel also had a vending machine that offered a variety of drinks, including alcohol, and an ice maker was available as well. We appreciated the ability to check the occupancy of the sky spa and the availability of the washing machines and dryers through the TV in our room. The buffet-style breakfast offered a delicious mix of Asian and western foods, with a unique touch of pasta served out of a giant cheese. The hotel also provided a money exchange machine and a kiosk to purchase USJ tickets. we had a great experience at The Singulari Hotel & Skyspa At Universal Studios Japan and would highly recommend it.

People with tattoos were not allowed in the spa, as this was not mentioned in the hotel description. Additionally, we encountered some communication issues with the staff, as not all of them were fluent in English.

The corner room was spacious enough for our family of four, with two beds and a sofa bed. The location was fantastic, right outside the railway station and just a 5-minute walk to the USJ entrance. The rooftop onsen was a lifesaver after a tiring day at the theme park, and the in-room shower/bath tub was a great alternative. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of Japanese and continental options, and the PJs provided for the whole family were a lovely touch. we were very satisfied with our stay.

The room was quite small and lacked enough space to accommodate luggage. the bed was quite uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's rest.

We had an incredible stay at this place! The location is just perfect, right outside the train station and a straight connection to the city. The room was spacious and equipped with all necessary amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen tv and refrigerator. The staff were exceptional too - housekeeping and laundry services were prompt and spotless. We also enjoyed using the leisure facilities like the sauna and massage service in the public bath.
