Loved the comfy beds and spacious rooms. The free smartphone provided by the hotel was a great convenience for exploring the city. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station and surrounded by plenty of attractions.

The breakfast buffet was a letdown. the staff at the hot spa were rude and lacked respect, which really put a damper on the experience.

The hotel was in a convenient location, with easy access to shopping and dining options. We loved being able to stroll around and explore the nearby area, especially during winter when the snow made everything look magical. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the separate toilet and shower rooms, which made it convenient for our group of four.

While the hotel was centrally located, we found it a bit of a walk to reach the main shopping area. It wasn't too far, about a 10-15 minute walk, but if it got too cold, we had to aim for the nearby Odori station for some warmth.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making the check-in process a breeze. The massage service was outstanding and the exclusive room facilities were impressive. The location was superb, right across from a beautiful park and within walking distance to many attractions.

The only minor issue was that there were no coffee facilities in the room, only tea. However, the bar/lounge area made up for this with a great selection of coffee drinks.

Great location in the heart of the city with easy access to public transportation. Friendly staff and wonderful breakfast with a variety of options. the hotel provided a free shuttle service to local attractions, which was convenient and appreciated.

The carpets were stained, and the bathrooms were cramped with limited headroom in the shower. These issues detracted from the overall experience at the hotel.
