The staff here are exceptionally friendly and accommodating! It made our stay feel special, like chatting with old friends after a long day at Disneyland! !

Yet, the parking fees caught us off guard, adding an unexpected expense to our trip.

Limited breakfast choices and Starbucks hours were frustrating.

Consider asking for double queen beds at check-in for a more spacious family arrangement, as it may eliminate the need for sofa beds.

Unexpected parking fees took me by surprise!!! The elevators were slow and sometimes made me wait longer than expected!!! The limited hours for the bistro were frustrating, especially for late-night arrivals!!! Room cleaning seemed inconsistent during my stay.

I encountered some frustrations during my stay. The elevator was quite small and often slow, leading to long waits, which was particularly challenging with my young child. Additionally, the room doors were heavy and couldn't stay open, which became a safety concern as my toddler accidentally hurt himself trying to leave. Despite these issues, the staff did their best to assist us.

this place is overrated, the elevator is super small, and we waited for ages with a screaming kid. not to mention the breakfast was more like a sad joke, $40 for four people is laughable. i nearly thought of giving a good review but just couldn't after not receiving any upgrade for my troubles.

Request the special welcome package for kids at check-in. it's a delightful surprise that enhances the family experience, especially for young guests.

The room was very clean and beds were comfortable! ! Staff at the front desk were accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The dining area was enjoyable for meals, offering delicious options.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like a fitness center, heated swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me find a jewel I lost during my first visit. I highly recommend you experience their kindness! I’m coming back for a romantic escape.

the hotel had a lovely pool area and the location was perfect for visiting the parks. dry cleaning services were handy, and the staff were very accommodating during our stay. we especially enjoyed the complimentary water!

The place was clean and the staff were heaps friendly, but the parking fee was a surprise and the Starbucks had terrible hours. Still, comfy beds made it bearable!

The front desk team was just fantastic and even surprised us with balloons and wine for our anniversary! We loved hanging out by the heated pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi after long days at the parks. Just a heads up, the Starbucks hours were a bit hit or miss, but overall, it was an amazing stay! 🎉

The staff were very friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. Great location, only a short walk to Disneyland. The room was spacious with excellent water pressure in the shower and a comfy atmosphere.
