As young holiday goers, we loved the convenience of having an in-room washing machine, perfect for longer trips where we needed to do laundry. The lounge with complimentary coffee provided a great space for us to wind down and relax. The location was excellent, with easy access to the airport bus stops and walking distance to popular attractions. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, there were plenty of nearby supermarkets, cafes, and mini marts for our convenience.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with a washing machine and microwave. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The complimentary drinks in the lobby were a nice touch. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

During our New Year stay, we appreciated the two complimentary sodas in the lobby and the washer-dryer in the room which made our stay convenient and comfortable. the hotel's location near the central intersection and the tourist information desk also made exploring the city and planning our activities hassle-free.

The breakfast felt underwhelming with very few vegetarian options. the housekeeping only replaced towels and didn't clean or make up rooms.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Kyoto that was absolutely fantastic. The location couldn't have been better, as it was very close to a metro station and surrounded by coffee and bakery shops. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided excellent service and were incredibly helpful. The breakfast options were outstanding, offering a range of delicious local food. Additionally, the hotel had convenient facilities like a washing machine in the room.

The confusing housekeeping system, which didn't make much sense and resulted in towels not being replaced during my stay.

We stayed at a hotel in a great location, just two blocks away from the subway and close to galleries, museums, restaurants, temples, and stores. the hotel itself was clean, modern, and had friendly staff. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room had a washing machine. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, helping us with questions, calling taxis, and providing free beverages in the lobby. the restaurant was also very good, although a bit pricey. we had a fantastic experience at Tokyu Stay.

In my recent stay at a hotel in Kyoto, I had a truly wonderful experience. the Tokyu Stay provided a unique and enjoyable breakfast buffet every day, keeping things interesting. the room itself was spacious and had all the amenities a traveler could need. I was especially delighted to find a washer and dryer in the room, complete with detergent. This was incredibly convenient and made my stay even more comfortable. the location of the hotel was outstanding, with great ambiance and easy access to tourist information.

This hotel had really comfortable rooms with plenty of seating, which was great for relaxing after a long day of exploring. I especially loved having my own washer/dryer right in the room - it made doing laundry a breeze. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Karasuma-Oike metro station, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, always there to assist with any questions or requests. Plus, the basic amenities were all there, including free drinks in the lobby and a variety of choices for breakfast, even catering to vegetarians.

All in all, no major complaints - everything was just fine.

Near subway, only 3 Min Walk. New hotel with plenty of power points, lovely toiletries you can pick up downstairs. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great having a washer/dryer! Spacious and quiet rooms. Right next to a subway station and walking distance to area with lots of restaurants. Breakfast option is good - a buffet style breakfast with lots of Japanese and western options.

You have to walk some distance to get to the most interesting areas and best restaurants. the location isn't very exciting.
