The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, with easy access to Narita Airport, just a few minutes walk to the Kuramae station, and a short distance to the vibrant Asakusa area. The hotel provides a printout with clear instructions on how to use their public bath, and there is a coffee shop on the ground floor for a comfortable breakfast experience. Additionally, the hotel offers amenities like vending machines, laundry facilities, and free coffee in the reception area.

Despite the overall positive experience, there were instances where the front desk staff seemed unhelpful, such as when a guest needed assistance calling a taxi, or when a damaged suitcase needed disposal.

The hotel had great amenities, such as free drinks and bathing powder available at the counter. The location was also convenient with easy access to multiple train options and a short distance to a popular attraction. I especially enjoyed the lovely view from my room's window.

The room was quite small and didn't provide enough space to move around comfortably with luggage. the air conditioning didn't function effectively and made for an uncomfortable sleeping experience.

During my recent stay at Tosei Hotel Cocone Asakusa Kuramae, I was impressed by the convenient location just a few minutes walk from the station, making it easy to commute to Narita Airport. The presence of nearby convenience stores and a grocery store across the street was extremely convenient. I also appreciated the on-site coffee shop, perfect for a comfortable dine-in breakfast. The hotel provided helpful instructions for using their public bath, although I didn't get a chance to experience it myself. Additionally, having a printout with clear instructions and a basket in the room to carry belongings was a thoughtful touch.

Although there were some drawbacks like the air conditioning blowing directly towards the bed, making it difficult to adjust and resulting in a stuffy feeling throughout the night, overall my stay at Tosei Hotel Cocone Asakusa Kuramae was satisfactory. The hotel offered options for pillows, complimentary bathing powder, free drinks, and amenities, which added to the overall comfort of the stay.
