Everything was fantastic.

I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean and just like the pictures, with a small skylight window. The complimentary Japanese breakfast buffet was good, and the staff working at the buffet were very friendly. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was close to the railway station, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, parking was available right across from the hotel at a reasonable rate.

the location couldn't have been better - just a stone's throw away from the Wakayama coach station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were fantastic - friendly, gracious, and kind. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. Finally, I was impressed by the attention to detail in the rooms, with air fresheners providing a pleasant and fresh atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast offered was great, providing a delicious start to the day.

The location of the Urban Hotel was perfect for our visit to Wakayama. Just a short stroll to the JR Station and buses made it incredibly convenient for our daily adventures. Additionally, there was a convenient store nearby for any last-minute needs.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, just a short 3-minute walk from the train station. It made it so easy to explore the city and also catch trains to nearby attractions. Another great feature was the buffet-style breakfast. There were plenty of options to choose from, including Japanese curry rice and Western-style bread and butter. The complimentary Japanese newspaper was a nice touch too.
