We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the room and surroundings was impeccable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we especially enjoyed the private 30-minute outdoor onsen. The location was perfect, as it was conveniently close to the train station and within easy reach of the Snow Monkey park. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to make us feel at home.

I had such a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from several eating places. The staff here were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even offered room service and car hire services, which was very convenient. The room itself was impeccable, with amenities like heating, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. I loved the spa and wellness center, especially the relaxing jacuzzi and full body massage. The open-air bath was a highlight, providing a truly rejuvenating experience. The free Wi-Fi and parking were also a great plus. the service, facilities, and location were top-notch.

The staff at this Ryokan were incredibly attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable, even before we arrived. the hot springs were absolutely amazing, both the indoor and outdoor ones. the breakfast provided was delicious and we were impressed by the variety of options available. Additionally, the location of the Ryokan was perfect, it was situated in a quiet area but still close to the train station and within walking distance to nearby attractions.

We had the most amazing experience at this ryokan. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The hotel facilities were excellent, and our clean and spacious room had everything we needed. The best part was the proximity to Yudanaka train station and the snow monkey park. We were able to easily explore the area and visit the adorable monkeys. Additionally, the traditional Japanese breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome.

I recently stayed at a charming ryokan in Nagano for a weekend getaway. The staff at Yudanaka Tawaraya went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, providing excellent communication in English and even arranging transportation to and from the station. The traditional Japanese breakfast was delicious, and the onsen, especially the outdoor one, was absolutely amazing. The futon was very comfortable, and the overall experience of living in Japanese style was unforgettable. The location was peaceful yet convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby.
