I had a lovely city break here! the location is super convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. I really enjoyed the charming antiques in the room and the comfortable bed made for great nights of sleep. Plus, having a tiny kitchen was a nice bonus for preparing snacks, and the flower gardens outside my window added a lovely touch of privacy.

There were a few downsides. the shower head was pretty dated and the curtain didn't quite keep the spray in, which was a bit annoying.

I had a great stay at Harbor Inn in Santa Cruz for 3 nights. Customer service was wonderful and they even upgraded me to a King size bed. The room and property were clean, and the renovated Victorian feel gave it a unique charm. The office manager was very nice and helpful, and even provided extra cushions and linens for my son. The cleaning lady did an amazing job at keeping the room clean and eliminating odors. a delightful experience with pleasant old-fashioned service.

On the positive side, the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the nearby harbor area. the hotel provided a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator, which was convenient. However, the overall experience was marred by the uncomfortable shower situation and the constant noise from the shared bathroom.

My Easter stay at this hotel was not the best. And to top it off, there was no one available to fix it.
