Clean room, good breakfast variety, friendly staff. Convenient location. Great value for money. Excellent service.

i had a great stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. the hotel restaurant had a fantastic breakfast spread with plenty of delicious options to choose from. i also appreciated that the hotel was conveniently located close to the historical city center, making it easy for me to explore.

There really was nothing negative about my experience at this hotel. 👍

the hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. our early check-in and convenient parking made our stay even better. excellent value for money and just a short walk into town.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel close to the airport. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a balcony that overlooked a quiet street. The friendly staff made sure we had everything we needed and even provided adaptors. We enjoyed a delicious dinner in the restaurant, and there were multiple liquor shops nearby. The location was perfect for exploring the city's main attractions, which were all within walking distance.

The breakfast options were a bit limited, but it didn't bother us as we were able to find something to eat.

During my recent stay at the Grand Hotel, I had a mixed experience, but there were definitely some positives. The hotel itself is modern and conveniently located within walking distance of the main sites in the area. The restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed the tasty breakfast buffet. The hotel also had good facilities, which added to the overall convenience of our stay.

Staff helpful & friendly, gave tips for exploring city & helped with Petra travel arrangements. 1st night in Jordan felt welcomed! Highly recommended, good value for money!

During my Easter holiday, I appreciated the two complimentary drinks that the hotel gave me upon arrival, as well as the delicious breakfast buffet that had a range of options to choose from. the location was perfect as it was located near many attractions and it was easy to get around. the spacious balcony was a definite plus as it had a great view and was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The maintenance was not up to par as the air conditioning was very loud and the showerhead was broken. Despite mentioning it several times, nothing was done to fix it.

The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet street with an alcohol shop right across the road. The service at this hotel was exceptional, with room service and car hire available. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, making sure that all my needs were met. The hotel also had great amenities, including a swimming pool and a fitness centre. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities such as an ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. the comfort and quality of this hotel exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
