The hotel's location is perfect as it is situated near the shopping street and offers a quiet setting when you need to unwind. The parking area is not well-lit, making it difficult to find a spot at night. the distance from the hotel to the Petra entrance may be challenging for some travelers, especially if you are not used to walking long distances.

The hotel had a very welcoming and wonderful staff, everything was handled professionally. The breakfast was excellent and they did their best to meet our requests. The room was very well outfitted, the beds extremely comfortable, modern, every need was thought of. Abdullah at reception was very genuine and nice with our kids, the place was very child friendly! Overall the hotel has a nice, humble, boutique feel. This was definitely the right choice for our stay!

The breakfast provided by the chef was delicious, especially the pancakes. it was easily one of the best hotels I've stayed in worldwide.
