amazing valentine's day stay in amman! retaj hotel exceeded my expectations. perfect location, close to shops and restaurants. bus right outside. comfy rooms, great breakfast, and friendly staff. perfect for relaxation and exploring the city.

Poor wifi connection.

My wife and I stayed at Retaj for one night at the end of our trip to Jordan. The service, especially from front desk manager Mr. Faris, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to arrange a surprise for my wife's birthday and even helped us arrange transportation to Petra during Eid. The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect after a long day of traveling. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city center and other nearby cities. The breakfast was delicious and the facilities were new and well-maintained. a great experience.

Guests have mentioned that the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. The shower in the room can be a bit dangerous due to its design, as it invites a slip and fall.

The new-looking furniture did not make up for the lack of proper cleaning - we found hair in the shower and on the towels when we arrived. the rooms were also very noisy, even late at night, and we could hear other guests slamming doors.
