We loved the central location of the hotel, close to the city center and attractions like Campo Grande park and Casa de Cervantes. The secure parking for our car and motorbikes was a great bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, even assisting us with parking our camper under the hotel. The spaciousness of our room and the cleanliness of the bathroom were impressive. The complimentary toiletries and the fridge in the room were nice touches.

We felt really welcomed during our stay, with no complaints whatsoever.

The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is close to the train station and within walking distance to the main sites of the city. There is also a great restaurant called La Parilla de San Lorenzo nearby, where you can enjoy delicious traditionally roasted lamb. The rooms are neat and clean, with good air-conditioning and comfortable beds. The breakfast is delicious, with a variety of hot and cold food options, including bacon, scrambled eggs, meat, cheese.

There was a strong smell of stale cigarette smoke in the room and the bathroom.

The parking situation was a bit tricky and the rooms were not very soundproof. We could hear our neighbors quite clearly and the doors were quite loud when they closed.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, as we were able to walk to all the main sites easily. The room we stayed in was great, and I particularly appreciated the adapted bathroom as a disabled guest. However, it would have been even better if the bathroom had grab handles for added safety. Despite this small issue, everything else about the room was comfortable and accommodating. Additionally, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The noise from an event preparation in the dining area early in the morning, but it didn't significantly impact our overall experience. The parking rates were also quite expensive and couldn't be booked in advance, which was a drawback.

The only improvement we would suggest is adding grab bars in the adapted bathrooms for disabled guests. Apart from that, we had a perfect stay at this hotel.

I recently stayed at Sercotel in Valladolid for a few days. The hotel's location is perfect, close to the train station and city center. It's also right next to a beautiful park, making sightseeing easy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The beds were also very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel is located near the Fundación de la lengua española, which was convenient for attending a course. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food and drink options, which we really enjoyed.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
