Upon arriving at Toledo, my experience was elevated by the incredible staff's warmth. The breakfast buffet offered a delightful variety, making mornings feel special. Plus, in-room amenities like the electric kettle made my stay so much more convenient. Truly, a gem in the heart of Amman!

We loved the hotel's location, perched on a hill providing stunning views. It was close enough to walk to many attractions downtown, yet nestled in a quiet area perfect for relaxing. The rooms were spacious and clean, with great amenities like a mini bar and comfortable beds.

The middle connecting doors let noise from neighboring rooms spill into your space—seriously disrupts sleep!!! Also, a clearer explanation of restaurant charges would prevent confusion next time!!! Please work on emailing any updated transportation options!!!

Had a sweet as stay, but the noise from the street was pretty off-putting, and the cleaning staff were busy as early in the morning. The breakfast was a real highlight though—heaps of delicious variety!

Unfortunately, the room was uncomfortably warm, and despite our requests, the air conditioning was not activated, leading to restless nights. Additionally, while the hotel had many positives, the bed was quite hard and the pillows flat, which disrupted my sleep. I felt that these issues detracted from what could have been a wonderful experience.

The spacious Double or Twin Room was perfect for our family, especially with a crib already set up for our baby upon arrival. Breakfast was a highlight with its diverse selections, and the attentive staff consistently prepared special meals for our son's dietary needs without us asking. While we enjoyed our meals, the only downside was the occasional noise from outside, which interrupted the peace more than we would have liked.
