The service provided by the staff was impeccable. They were so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request I had. My New Year's stay was wonderful at this aparthotel. the complementary champagne and chocolates truly made me feel special. the location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and shops. the apartment was equipped with a wonderful view of the city, giving me something scenic to enjoy while I relaxed.

The elevator was quite slow and busy during the holiday season, resulting in long waiting times. the bed was a little uncomfortable and squeaky, giving me some trouble sleeping.

Located in an international area just outside the city center, Elite Apart-Hotel offers a convenient base for exploring Astana. With attractions such as the Palace of Peace and Independence Square nearby, guests can easily access the city's landmarks. The hotel boasts a stunning view, and the modern interior design creates a pleasant atmosphere. The well-equipped rooms provide everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a washing machine. The friendly staff is always ready to assist, and there are several good dining options in the vicinity.

Some maintenance issues were reported, including a faulty shower head, broken screen of the outdoor camera, and no TV channels on the TV in one of the rooms.
