We had a fantastic romantic escape at this hotel. The renovated rooms were modern and spacious, with beautiful furniture that added to the overall elegance. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, and the views from our room were breathtaking. the pool area was quiet and relaxing, with plenty of amenities to enjoy.

There were a few things that could be improved. It would have been nice if this was included in the room rate.

The leisure spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and fitness studio were amazing, and the treatment rooms were an added bonus.

Our stay at Lielupe Hotel was excellent. The family room was spacious and well-equipped, offering a comfortable space for us and our kids. The wellness zone, including the spa and pool, was a highlight of our stay. We appreciated the included 1.5 hours of access each morning. The hotel's location was perfect for a peaceful holiday, away from the busy central area. The hotel was also very tidy and well-maintained.

Celebrating New Year’s Eve at the hotel was a great experience. the complementary champagne and snacks provided in the room were a lovely touch. the location was also perfect, with easy access to the beachfront and nearby shops. What we enjoyed most was the live music and entertainment at the hotel’s restaurant, creating the perfect environment to welcome the New Year.

The orders took too long to arrive, and the food was not always of the expected quality. the room amenities were not provided consistently, and the cleaning service was irregular.

The jacuzzi was too cold at 32-33 degrees, and the pool temperature was chilly at 28 degrees. Additionally, the limited time restriction of one and a half hours for the pool and saunas was uncomfortable.
