This place is in a great location, right next to the Cable Car for Kook Tebe and within minutes walk from Panfilovskiy Park, the Opera House, and the Independence Monument. There are also quite a few bars and restaurants on Dostuk Street, making it convenient for dining and entertainment options. The view from the rooms is spectacular, giving you a wonderful glimpse of the city and surrounding mountains.

the room we were assigned to was on the 22nd floor and although it appeared a bit worn, we couldn't complain considering the price we paid. the staff at the front counter were a mix of friendly and cold, but the bell staff who took care of our bags was very friendly and made up for it. We were pleasantly surprised when we entered our room and found both a bedroom and a living room, wondering if we had been upgraded. the value and the breakfast buffet were great, and the location was convenient with Gloria Jean's coffee in the lobby and a restaurant nearby.
