The room was huge and comfortable, with plenty of hot water in the strong shower. Everything was very clean. The breakfast buffet offered a great food choice, with eggs cooked to order. The hotel restaurant served delicious and reasonably priced meals. The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The on-site spa with pool and sauna looked very nice.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

My recent stay at Kazzhol Astana was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The modern and spacious room provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The breakfast offered a decent variety of options to start the day off right. The hotel's WiFi worked well, allowing me to stay connected without any issues. I was also pleased to find a reasonably sized swimming pool on-site. Although the hotel is a little out of the center, it was not a problem as traveling by car is necessary in Astana anyway. I would recommend Kazzhol Astana as a good choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Nur-Sultan.

The room was spacious and clean. the breakfast was satisfying with a good variety of options. the hotel also had a 24/7 bar which was a plus. It was easy to call for a taxi or use ride-sharing services to get around the city.

The heating system in the room was difficult to adjust, which made it uncomfortable to sleep at times. the location of the hotel was not ideal, as there were not many options for dining or walking in the immediate vicinity.
