Despite minor room and facility issues, the genuine care and helpfulness of the staff more than made up for it. It's a place where you are treated like family, and that personal touch is what sets it apart from other accommodations.

My friends and I had the most amazing experience staying at this cozy lodge. The location was perfect, not far from the center of town but still able to walk to most places. We loved being down near the lagoon, it provided such a tranquil and scenic backdrop for our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The staff was welcoming and attentive to our needs, making us feel right at home. Plus, the fresh produce from the local market and the supermarket nearby made self-catering a breeze.

The pool table in the guest house could use some updating, but it still provided great entertainment on rainy days.

Sunny Disposition: the owner, Ian, radiates warmth like a tropical sun. He fixed our shower in a jiffy, even faster than a coconut falling from a tree. His hospitality made us feel like esteemed members of a local village, rather than mere guests at a hotel. Cons: Occasional tepid showers.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the quality of service provided by the hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable experience. the beautiful surroundings- being surrounded by lush tropical gardens- added to the serene and relaxing atmosphere. the location was convenient with the local supermarket only a short walk away and the town a quick bus/taxi ride away.
